The short version

Payly gives you one public link for your payment handles. We don't move money, so payments are between you, your payer, and the payment apps you both use. Don't use payly to deceive people, and we'll get along fine.

What payly is

Payly is a free service that puts the payment handles you choose — Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, Zelle, Apple Cash — on one public page with your handle, and links payers to those services.

What payly is not

Payly is not a payment processor, money transmitter, or wallet. We never hold, send, or receive money, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and someone who pays you. Payments are governed entirely by the terms of the payment service used.

Your account and your page

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the payment handles you publish. Double-check them — money sent to a wrong handle is between you and the payment service.
• Your handle (payly.me/name) is yours while your account is active. Handles for impersonation or squatting may be reclaimed.
• You must be able to legally use the payment services you link.

Acceptable use

Don't use payly to:

• impersonate another person or organization;
• collect payments for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• publish someone else's payment handles or personal information without their consent.

We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

The service is provided as-is

Payly is provided without warranties of any kind. We aim to keep it fast and available, but we're not liable for downtime, lost payments, or what third-party payment services do. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us for the service — which, payly being free, is zero.

Ending things

You can delete your account any time in Settings → Delete Account; it takes effect immediately. We may discontinue the service or these terms with reasonable notice.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll update this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use payly after that means you accept the new terms.

Who we are

payly is a product of Osian, Inc. These terms are an agreement between you and Osian, Inc., and any reference to “we” or “us” on this page means Osian, Inc.
